Nebraska currently requires Ignition Interlock as a condition of license reinstatement if the convicted wants to drive during the revocation period.
Nebraska is currently in the process of opening up its ignition interlock laws to allow anyone convicted of a DUI to reinstate after minimum suspension period have been served, as long as they have an Ignition Interlock device on vehicle they own or operate.. |
